Before you start.
What photos work best?
Three to five photos in daylight or open shade: the side, the front three-quarter and the rear three-quarter. Keep the whole car in frame. Phone photos are fine.
My car isn't in the list.
Choose "My car isn't listed" and type the make, model and year. We'll fill in the figures with you on WhatsApp.
My car is modified. What specs go on the card?
Your car's figures. Edit them under "Review or edit specifications", or tick the box and we'll check them with you.
Do I see the artwork before it's printed?
Yes. We send a digital proof of the front and reverse on WhatsApp and only print once you approve it.
Is the artwork AI-generated?
We use AI-assisted tools to build the scene around your car from your own photos. Our designer then checks it against your photos, corrects details that don't match and lays out the card.
Will my number plate be shown?
We remove it by default. Choose "Keep my plate" in step 3 if you'd like it shown.
How long does it take, and do you deliver?
Can I order more than one copy?
Yes, choose how many in step 3. Extra copies use the same design.
Can I get a display box?
Yes. Tick "Add a display box" in step 2. Every card already comes in a magnetic protective holder.
Can I order a card as a gift?
Yes. Tick "This card is a gift" in step 3 and add the recipient's name, a message and a date if you have one. We only talk to you, so the surprise stays safe.
What if my card arrives damaged or wrong?
If it arrives damaged, or it's different from the proof you approved, send us photos on WhatsApp within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full. See our refund policy.
Do you do group orders for clubs and meets?
Yes, with matching cards for every car and your club or event name on them. Ask about a group order.
How does the rating work?
It's the Octane Imprint rating: our editorial score from performance figures, weight and drivetrain, the condition you tell us and how collectable the model is. It's an estimate, not a measurement, and you can leave it off.
